Over the years, we have carried out company surveys, for example for several TE Offices and development companies in different cities. In several projects during 2020–2023, we have, for instance, surveyed for the Uusimaa TE Office the recruitment needs and challenges of companies, interest in pay subsidy employment, the possibility of offering apprenticeships and work try-out places, as well as guidance and development needs related to the challenges caused by COVID-19. In the Yrityshaavi project of the City of Hämeenlinna’s Linnan Kehitys Oy, we survey the development and recruitment needs of companies and their interest in cooperation with educational institutions.
