Työ-SIB Program

The main goal of the Työ-SIB program is to help thousands of long-term unemployed individuals find employment. The project is implemented in cooperation with regional employment areas, S-Bank, and service providers. SunUra provides coaching in Tampere, Lahti, Hämeenlinna, and the Uusimaa region.
The coaches working in Työ-SIB come from diverse professional backgrounds and are committed and capable of supporting clients on their path to employment. One of our core strengths is a positive team spirit, and our focus on workplace well-being is reflected in how we meet and serve our clients.
Who Is the Työ-SIB Program For?
Työ-SIB is intended for you if your goal is to move toward working life and you would benefit from individualized and tailored coaching. The service is free of charge for the client.
Please note the following eligibility criteria:
- You have been unemployed for at least 6 months or up to 48 months within the last 60 months
- You have a minimum of 12 months of work history during the past 5 years
What Is the Coaching Like?
The Työ-SIB coaching service is tailored to support each client’s employment goals. It focuses on building job search skills, tools, strategies, and pathways that improve the likelihood of finding employment. In coaching, we utilize the contacts and expertise of SunUra’s business team to create effective pathways to employment in companies. Alongside facilitating quick employment, we also want to ensure that our clients are equipped with job search skills.
Coaching sessions with a personal coach take place 1–4 times a month, either remotely or in person at our office. In addition to one-on-one guidance, clients can participate in group training sessions on topics such as interview practice, using Canva, enhancing your LinkedIn profile, and creating a video CV.
How to Join the Program?
Unfortunately, new client referrals to the program have now ended. However, we will continue serving current clients through the end of 2025.
