Vocational Rehabilitation

Work try-out and job coaching – support for entering and integrating into working life

Vocational rehabilitation is a means to continue in working life or to support the return to work. The rehabilitation includes two options: a work try-out and job coaching.

Kela’s vocational rehabilitation services provide the support of a personal job coach to help you choose a suitable job role, profession, or field of study, as well as to find employment or start your own business. The rehabilitation is fully personalized and tailored to your individual goals.
