Job Coaching for People Receiving Temporary Protection – Support at the Right Time
The job coaching service provided jointly by SunUra and Rekry Group helps you take steps closer to working life. It is especially designed for those who receive temporary protection or have arrived in Kuopio as a refugee, and who want to start looking for work or find their next step in studies or career.
During the coaching, you will receive personal support and practical tools to build a realistic and achievable path towards employment. The aim is to strengthen your skills and confidence – and to make the first steps in your job search as clear and successful as possible.

- People receiving temporary protection and refugees living in the Kuopio area
- Individuals who want to find employment and need support in their job search
- Those who are looking for a clear plan and encouraging guidance for job hunting

Details about this job coaching service
- Around 15 hours of coaching over six months
- Individual and group meetings as needed
- Sessions can be held in person or online – always in an accessible format
- Participation is arranged via a Työnavigaattori (Work Navigator) specialist
Cooperation with employers
We have a close network of employers in the region. We connect you directly with potential employers, support you during the recruitment process, and help open doors to hidden job opportunities. We can present your skills to employers and arrange introductions or work trials.
