The coaching supports you in practical job seeking, and together with your coach you will explore suitable job opportunities – with the ultimate goal of real employment in the open labor market.

Theme-Based Job Coaching

SunUra’s Theme-Based Job Search Coaching provides flexible support for job seeking, entrepreneurship, and well-being. In the coaching, you can focus for example on intensive job search training, articulating your skills, entrepreneurial thinking, or strengthening your well-being.

The coaching includes 8 hours of guidance, which can be carried out individually or in groups. The themes are built around your needs – the aim is to clarify your direction, strengthen your competences, and provide concrete tools for the next steps in working life.
