Group-Based Career and Job Search Coaching

SunUra organizes group coaching sessions of varying lengths and themes related to job searching and career planning in the Jyväskylä and Häme regions. The purpose of these group sessions is to strengthen job search skills, clarify career plans, and provide peer support. The services are commissioned by employment regions and municipalities.

The group coaching covers, among other things:

• Strengthening working life skills and self-confidence
• Refining CVs and job applications
• Concrete and targeted job search strategies
• Different phases and channels of the job search process
• Articulating one’s skills and competencies
• Using LinkedIn and other digital job search tools
• Preparing for job interviews
• Scheduling the job search and maintaining motivation
• Exploring personal direction and career paths
• Mapping out educational opportunities
