SunUra is a service provider in the impact investment project, Työ-SIB. The main goal of the project is to help thousands of long-term unemployed individuals find employment.

Outplacement coaching

SunUra’s outplacement coaching is a comprehensive program that focuses not only on job seeking, but also on personal skills – motivating and supporting individuals through times of transition.

Group coaching

SunUra organizes group coaching sessions focused on job search and career planning in the Häme region and Jyväskylä. The purpose of these group sessions is to strengthen job search skills and clarify career plans.

Vantaa Youth Summer Entrepreneurship Program

The Vantaa Summer Entrepreneurship Program is a free program designed for young people in Vantaa, with the goal of starting their own business. You’ll get the chance to try out entrepreneurship as a summer job or hobby, either on your own or with a friend.

Consulting and Training

SunUra offers tailored management consulting for companies and public sector organizations, helping clients identify and leverage opportunities in their operations.

Vocational rehabilitation

Vocational rehabilitation can help you find and retain a place in the working world and to return to work despite an illness or impairment that you may have.

SunUra conducts phone interviews and surveys for employment authorities, business and development companies, and other organizations that want to reach a large number of businesses in a cost-effective way.

SunUra has been involved in coaching services across Finland – including in Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme, Uusimaa, Päijät-Häme, Kuusamo, Mikkeli, and Jyväskylä. We’ve supported thousands of job seekers in finding their place in working life or education – now it’s your turn.

Our coaches have diverse and extensive experience in coaching, and for us, the most important thing is the encounter – meeting each client genuinely as they are. We’ve worked with a wide range of life situations and stages of the job search – which means we know how to walk alongside you, sometimes at a fast pace and other times more calmly, always according to your individual needs.

Our experts have broad knowledge across the employment field: from launching and leading employment-promoting projects to collaboration with businesses and public authorities, working with educational institutions, transitional labor markets, and legislation related to wage subsidies.
